What changed in the API and MCP server.

## October 2026: API v1

- The API moved to `/api/v1` with snake_case fields, cursor pages and one error shape.
- API keys belong to you and work for every project you own; projects go in the path.
- Campaign steps can branch on opens, clicks, tags and attributes.
- New: broadcasts with scheduling, transactional emails with idempotency keys, test emails, webhook endpoints with signed events, audience previews, AI campaign drafts, image uploads, contact exports and erasure.
- The hosted MCP server at `/api/mcp` replaces the `sendocado-mcp` package; it signs in with OAuth or an API key.
- The OpenAPI document is at `/api/v1/openapi.json`.
