Activation and onboarding emails your agent can set up

Sendocado sends welcome emails and onboarding follow-ups to the people who sign up for your product. They go out through your own Resend, Amazon SES or Postmark account, and they stop once a user is set up. Connect your agent once and ask in plain words.

What it looks like

  1. You ask. “Set up welcome emails for my trial users, from Maya. Add a follow-up on day 3 for anyone who hasn’t connected a project, and stop when they do.”

  2. Your agent builds a draft. It adds the signup call to your code, writes the campaign, shows you who gets it and sends a test to your inbox.

  3. You say yes. Your agent sets the campaign live. Each new user gets the welcome email within about 2 minutes. Next week, ask it to change an email, and it reads the live campaign first.

Free for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails a month.

What your agent can do

Your agent gets 96 tools, the same as the app. With them it can:

  • Create a project and connect Resend, Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun or SMTP.
  • Add your sending domain and check its DNS records.
  • Import contacts, and add new signups from your app.
  • Write campaigns, change one email at a time, and pause or restart a campaign.
  • Send test emails, broadcasts and transactional email.
  • Read the results of each email, and the replies.

What it asks you first

Your agent shows you the campaign and who gets it, and sends a test to your inbox. It sets the campaign live only after you say yes.

Tools that send email or delete data are marked, so your client can ask you before it runs them.

What it cannot do

Some steps stay with you:

  • Your first sign-in, in your browser.
  • Adding the DNS records at your DNS host.
  • Connecting Gmail, which happens in the app.
  • Paying for a plan. Your agent can get you a checkout link, and you pay in your browser.
  • Deleting your account.

What a send means

When a send call succeeds, the email is queued for your provider. It is not delivered yet.

Your agent can read what happened next with get_send: delivered, bounced, opened or clicked.
